How does the subscription service work?
Fuel Meals offers a flexible weekly subscription. You can choose your meals from our rotating menu, and we deliver them fresh to your door. You can skip weeks, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
When will my meals arrive?
We ship our meals nationwide. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 days of being shipped to ensure maximum freshness. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box leaves our kitchen.
Are the meals delivered frozen or fresh?
Our meals are never frozen. They are prepared fresh by our chefs, chilled, and shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs to maintain a refrigerated temperature during transit.
How do I heat my meals?
Most meals are ready in under 3 minutes. Simply remove the plastic film or pierce it, then microwave on high. You can also transfer the food to an oven-safe dish if you prefer using a conventional oven.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order such as damage or a missing item, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Can I customize my meals for specific dietary needs?
We offer a variety of meal plans including High Protein, Keto, and Performance focused options. While we cannot customize individual ingredients within a dish, all nutritional information and ingredients are clearly listed for every meal.
